Daily Money Rituals
- Check Accounts - Main Checking - check balance and no fraud. High Yield Savings - check balance, check for no fraud.
- Track spending from day before. Use a debit card for purchases and only use cash for purchases less than $20. I pull out $60 cash every Sunday evening for the week ahead. That’s for coffee, and lunch at work. Gas I fill up every 10 days or so, it’s about $50 to fill tank and I use a debit card for that. Groceries are ordered online and are curbside. I do this to prevent temptation and control my spending.
- Money affirmations daily 1-2 affirmations. Read & speak outload. Listen to recorded voicenot by me. Just use Chat GPT to brainstorm and come up with ones that fit your own persoanl money journey.
- Money Podcast every morning while commuting to work. I listen to a money podcast at this time and learn and apply to my financial glow-up.
- Income-increasing action - Show up here online daily. Investing into my future and hopefull monitizing my website, substack, podcast, and social media. in the near future. Going to start coaching which will bring in extra income sometime early next year plus courses and guides and affialite marketing. You can find a side gig or update your resume, apply for new jobs, ask for a raise or bonus. Find pockets of where you can obtain other ways to produce income and go for it.

Martha Stewart’s Basic Vinaigrette Recipe
1/4 cup of vinegarr (red wine, balsamic, rice)
or fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
(I would subsitute the suger with organic local honey)
Wisk, can add fresh herbs, citrus zest, minced shallot or small amount of crumbl cheese.
Refridgerate in air tight container up to two weeks.
Note: Always good to have all components on hand and have your greens washed and prepped, ready to go.
